Heyyyy! So how was your day today? Sad? Perhaps happy? Or depressed? Excited and what not? Well you know the reality, where not all good or bad things happen in such a long time so chill. Good things will happen but it takes time mate. Maybe its a bad day today but its not always going to be bad. Well somehow we have to overcome our mentality where we stood for ourselves in a negative way. We tend to get depress bcs of i dont know maybe fat? Maybe our results aint scoring? Maybe bcs of too much pressure at school? You know you can achieve the impossible but the first rule to achieve it is to have a positive mind. Me myself can sometimes get depress so how do I overcome this sheet is
- Follow any positive social media such as @thegoodquote
- Surrounded myself with people who accept me for who I am. We never know perhaps the friends we're close to might suffer the same as us.
- Tear apart some papers into strips. Go find yourself several quotes you may like and put them in a jar or anything u want. So when u get depress or sad go ahead and open the strips. It might help (im being srs)
